EIA Petroleum Report: Demand Tepid, Cushing Inventory Declines

Today's EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report was a net negative, with crude and diesel inventories up, gasoline down, and a poor demand report.  Most bullish were crude oil inventories at Cushing, OK, which were down substantially (2.66 MMB) again, near the low end of the 5 year range.
