Pacific Northwest Hydro Power Output and Forecast Improve

The much heralded drought in the western US continues to moderate, as snowpack and streamflow increase.
The hydro workhorse of the west is the Columbia river drainage, not the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and things in the northwestern US are doing well.  

Bonneville Power Administration Hydro Output has been averaging about 12GW over the last few weeks, more than 5GW above 2013.  That is more than a 1 BCFD natural gas equivalent difference.
