Nuclear Power Output Continues Decline on Plant Refueling

Nuclear power output in the United States fell again from the previous week, and is closely tracking 2013 as more plants go down for scheduled refueling.  Diablo Canyon Unit #1 in California began its return to service last Thursday, increasing to 73% of full power on Sunday, but was taken offline again by Monday.
