Energy Weather: Last Week Warm (141 HDD: 14 Below Norm), Forecast Week Normal (143 HDD: 2 Above Norm)

Last week was warmer than normal, almost exactly as NOAA Climate Prediction Center had forecast.  The upcoming week (ended Sat March 22) has an almost identical gas-weighted forecast.
